Call for PhD Theses Awards:

About the Ph.D. Symposium: IEEE CICT-2023 will also provide a platform for young researchers who have recently completed their PhD theses in the area of Computer Science, Electronics, and Electrical Engineering. The PhD theses must have defended between August 31, 2022 to September 1, 2023. The submitted theses will be short-listed/evaluated by the panel of experts. Later on, the short-listed candidates have to register and present their work at the conference. One of the theses presented in each area will be awarded with the "Best PhD Thesis Award". A special gift and certificate will be provided to the each awardee. Certificate of participation will be issued to each participant. The candidates are required to submit the pdf copy of detailed synopsis along with the published research papers related to the thesis work. These documents should be submitted on or before October 1, 2023, through an email at cict2023@iiitdmj.ac.in.

Please Note:

• Last date to submit the synopsis for the Ph.D. symposium is October 1, 2023.
• One day Ph.D. symposium registration Fee is Rs. 2950 for Indian participants and USD 118 for foreign participants. The registration fee is inclusive of GST.
• If a Ph.D. symposium participant wishes to attend the full conference, "Author/Full Registration" is mandatory.
• One "Author/Full Registration" can cover Ph.D. symposium participation and one paper with a limit of 6 pages.
• Registration fee does not include accommodation charges.
